Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the Hyab crane safely and efficiently
- Load and unload cargo onto vehicles while following safety protocols
- Handle various sizes and weights of loads using the crane
- Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of the vehicle and crane
- Report maintenance and servicing requirements promptly
- Ensure load balancing and proper weight distribution during operations
- Adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and safety standards
- Report any accidents, damages, or safety hazards immediately
Requirements & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in operating a Hyab crane
- Valid HTV/LTV driving license and Hyab operation certification
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting and maintenance
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, load balancing, and weight distribution
- Good physical fitness and strong concentration skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
