Job Description
Responsibilities:

Installation:
- Install and commission lift and elevator systems.
- Properly connect motors, cables, control panels, sensors, and safety systems.

Inspection & Maintenance:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of elevator systems.
- Perform maintenance on motors, gears, cables, and brake systems.
- Lubricate and oil components to ensure smooth operation.

Troubleshooting & Repair:
- Diagnose and fix issues with elevator sensors, brake systems, and control mechanisms.
- Repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Ensure alarm systems and safety mechanisms are functioning properly.

Safety & Compliance:
- Follow elevator safety standards and local regulations.
- Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and breakdowns.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Provide updates to supervisors and building managers regarding elevator conditions.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical elevator systems.
- Understanding of PLCs, control systems, sensors, and motors.
- Ability to test voltage, frequency, and braking systems.
- Quick troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
